Estate Planning and Probate

There is much more to estate planning than simply executing a Last Will & Testament.  The uncertainties of life and the inevitability of death have made it necessary for most Americans to consider the many alternatives that the Courts and Legislature of this State have made available in the area of estate planning.

Ms. Di Sciullo and Mr. Weaver can evaluate the unique circumstances of each client and recommend the best and most economical plan to assure the greatest possible protection of assets and to ensure that the client’s wishes and goals are met or exceeded.

In addition to the standard Last Will & Testament, the Firm can advise clients and, if necessary, prepare Living Trusts, Limited and Durable Powers of Attorney, Medical Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Designations of Guardian in Advance of Need.

When the inevitable does occur, Ms. Di Sciullo and Mr. Weaver are there to provide representation for executors and administrators in settling the estate of a decedent, choosing the fastest and most economical procedure available ranging from a simple Declaration of Heirship to the more complex supervised Administration of the Estate.
